Shipping Options & Estimates

All orders are dispatched from our UK studio. Once your order has been carefully packaged and handed over to Royal Mail, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

Note: Delivery aims begin once your order has been dispatched from our studio, not from the moment the order is placed.

Order Processing & Dispatch

 Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically handcrafted and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days.

 Busy Periods & Made-to-Order Items: Processing may take slightly longer during new collection drops or peak seasons. If there is any delay with your order, we will reach out to let you know.

Delivery & Packaging Notes

 Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

 Water & Care Warning: Kaiōko jewellery features natural, organic elements (such as coconut and raw wood beads) alongside brass and sterling silver. Please keep your jewellery dry and avoid wearing it in water to prevent organic beads from swelling or distorting.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking status shows no movement after 7 working days from dispatch (UK) or 15 working days (International), please reach out to us with your order number so we can look into it with Royal Mail.
